Gurgles and Giggles was established to make the early stages of parenthood more comfortable and less stressful for both parent and baby.

As a mother, I personally experienced first-hand the challenges that accompany caring for a new baby.

In those initial weeks, it often felt like my world revolved around either feeding or soothing the baby.

To exacerbate the situation, coping with late-night cluster feeds and managing reflux took a substantial toll on both  my body and my mind.

In the first few weeks everything was a learning game. Just when you thought you had it all under control they would change and the learning had to start all over again.

The more stressed I was the less I was enjoying my baby. My stress levels clearly affected my baby's calm.

It was only when I found comfort and relaxation that I could truly enjoy those precious moments with my baby.

However, achieving that comfort wasn't always easy.
